FusionCharts support representation of the datavalues required to plot a graph along Y-Axis and the datalabels require to identify a dataplot along X-Axis. In case you wish to display just the reverse order, please try using 'Bar2D.swf' file(Single-series chart) or 'MSBar2D.swf' file(multi-series chart) of FusionCharts pack. Hope this helps.
