RunTime error 372: Faild to load controal 'FusionCharts' from FusionCharts.ocx

Hello,

 

I am software developer and i have software license to use this control. I use this control with my project and this file is added to my installation program.

 

 

 

Some users have this error on runing my application.

RunTime error 372:

 

Faild to load controal 'FusionCharts' from FusionCharts.ocx Your Version of FusionCharts.ocx may be outdate. Make sure you are using the version of the control that was provided with your application..."

Could you please check whether the version of the Flash Player that you are using is above 8 or not?

Hi,

We have not tried testing it in any 64 bit enviroment as VB6 itself does not run in 64 Bit enviroment.

Could you please try testing the same in 32 Bit enviroment.

Also, please try unistalling the Flash Player and then re-installing the same.

Could you please try completely uninstalling the Flash Player and then re-install it again?

You can download the Flash Player uninstaller from http://download.macromedia.com/pub/flashplayer/current/uninstall_flash_player.exe
