How Do I Change Charts To V3.2?

I've downloaded FusionCharts v3.2 from FusionCharts Product Update center (www.fusioncharts.com/PUC) using the option "Version Upgrades" (screenshot below). I've my existing application that uses FusionCharts v3.1. What changes would I be required to do?
