Radius of individual multi pie elements

Hi there.

When creating a multi level pie chart, i wish to be able to specify the radius of the central element. Is this possible? At the moment, the radius of all element appears to be calculated automatically, and the pieRadius value will only affect the pie chart as a whole. I bascially need to be able to have a small central element with the rest of the elements left as automatic.
