Legends Container

Hi,

 

I am using Pie3D chart, and i have one problem with legends container height.

I want to minimize legends container height so that Pie chart will get enough space.

Let me know what is the setting for that.

Could you please try setting a desired value for the attribute "legendNumColumns" in the <chart> element?

 

The legend items are arranged in columns. Using this attribute, you can propose the number of columns. This value undergoes internal checking on judicious use of white-space. In case, the value is found improper, the chart auto-calculates the number of columns. When set to 0, the chart automatically decides the number of columns.

 

As a work-around, this would help in reducing the height of the legend box.

Hi,

 

I have the same problem and your solution is no solution at all. Because it just reduces the number of columns and not the number of Rows to actually reduce the height of the legend.

 

So what can we do to solve this issue?

I am afraid, FusionCharts does not support reducing the height of legend container, at this time.

 

We have taken a note of your requirement here and added the same in our wishlist.

 

We will try to implement this feature in our next release.
