bigace169 Report post Posted October 28, 2010 Hello, Has anyone experienced very tiny chart when printing directly to a printer? The Flash charts appear great in a browser, but when printed they are very tiny. We saw a posting a few months ago which someone seemed to have this same issue and the fixed was an update to the latest Adobe Flash Player - 10.1.85.3. In case you are using IE browser, could you please send us the live url so that we might test it in our lab? In case you are using a browser other than IE, please try using the managed print functionality that we have introduced in our latest version.
