websense Report post Posted February 28, 2011 I want to email fusioncharts. But the flash charts can't be viewed in outlook , so i hope to change the flash charts into pictures in my email. But the chart pictures can't be produced automaticly in the web server. They currently only are produced by the client's clicking. How to get them by http request or other command ? Thanks. Guest Angie Report post Posted February 28, 2011 (edited) Hi, Welcome to FusionCharts Forum! You can email the charts as ActiveX Objects. But, most of the modern day email clients wouldn't show the chart for security reasons, as it's an ActiveX object. However, using the new image save feature, you can just right click on chart, save it and send via email. Hope this helps. Guest Angie Report post Posted February 28, 2011 Hi, FusionCharts does not support saving the charts automatically, at this time. We have taken a note of your request here and added the same in our wishlist. Hope you have a great day!
websense Report post Posted February 28, 2011 Thanks. Websense should be your customer who had paid for fusioncharts. I hope it can come out before i complete my task. Here is some bugs about saving picture. 1. The srcollable chart can't be save as a full picture. 2..The html5 chart can't be exported as a picture twice.
