vgunse Report post Posted April 5, 2011 (edited) Hi, If i hide the chart by minimize the browser or scroll down While scanning the chart. It takes too long time (more than 1 min) to complete the scanning . Any way to make it faster while chart is hiding or any background process is possible?. please give me some idea. Thanks and Regards, vgunse Edited April 5, 2011 by vgunse

Guest Angie Report post Posted April 5, 2011 Hi, Thanks for your reply. Since, export process needs browser resources, minimizing the browser slows down the process of allocation of resources of operating system. As a result, the export process slows down. Hope this helps.
vgunse Report post Posted April 5, 2011 (edited) Hi, As well i tried without minimizing In this scenario i scroll down the page while scanning is in progress. the result is same slow process. Guest Angie Report post Posted April 5, 2011 Hi, Scrolling down the browser page also slows down the process of allocation of resources of operating system. It is an implementation issue related to browser, not with FusionCharts. Hope this helps.
