Showing Time Depending On The Time Zone

Hi,

 

In the forum, on each topic and on each reply there is timestamp like "Posted 26 April 2011 - 06:06 AM". Is it possible to show the time depending on the Time Zone. Or If its already implemented,Please let me know how to set it in my account.
