Yaxis Customization

Hi,

 

 

i have created a chart using line chart, its working fine.(see the attached image1)

but our client requirement is customize the y axis (See the attached image2)

 

in that u can see the y axis values "UNDERWeight","NORMAL" etc added a particular column.(See the rounded figure)

 

Can we modify my existing chart(Image1) like that.

Please do reply
