Error Rendering Chart Line 15

A given chart works great in Firefox, Chrome, Opera. Internet Exploder 8 gives me this

 

dynamicStylesheet.addRule(a, Invalid Argument

 

Only happens in IE 8. Any ideas what this is?

Then I get this:

This is IE strict rendering.
