I want to be able to offer my users the possibility of printing my reports created with fusioncharts right from my site. Is it possible to parse the graphs to a printing-friendly document and then print it?, or would it print whatyouseeiswhatyouget?.

You can directly use Print function or option of the Browser.

 

For advanced use you can export charts to server side images and then add the images to the Printable documents.
