MSCombi2D chart not filling the area with color

Recommended Posts

Hi, we have recently upgraded to the latest version  @version fusioncharts/3.3.1-sr3.21100 and have noticed that the area parts of our graphs are no longer filled.

In the attached example, the area components have their fill value set to none instead of the displayed colour.

The following is the xml output we use to generate the graph xml data -

We have tried explicitly setting the color attribute for the dataset and this has no effect.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Hello,

I have tested your chart XML using Combination 2D chart (MSCombi2D) and I am not able to replicate the same.

Please find attached screen-shot for your reference.

Are you facing this issue with any specific browser type?

We are not experiencing this issue in isolation with regard to browser type. It occurs on each browser we test.

We have also switched on the debug functionality of the chart and that seems to be functioning correctly and without error.

We have also tested with differing versions of jquery. It is also relevant to point out that we are using the javascript version, not the .swf version.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

Hello,

I have created a simple sample and I used the same XML data and chart is getting rendered fine in all the browsers.

Can you please check/test with the attached sample and share your feedback?

Thanks for your example, I was able to isolate the defective code.

In the charts attribute, we were setting the 'plotGradientColor' => ' ' which was causing it to use transparent gradients.

thanks very much for your assistance with this.
