custom graph and dataURL

hey guys,

 

 

 

this is definately a newbie question.... I have created a custom graph based on the MyFirstChart.fla demo. what i would like to find out is how to use the dataURL variable. if I take out the within the action script in the demo, compile and pass xml to the newly created swf file it doesn't work i get no data to display error.

 

 

 

summary: how do you set the flash to accept dataURL instead of the hardcoded test xml in the MyFirstChart.fla demo

You'll need to load the XML file in your custom XML objects in Flash and then pass that XMl to the loaded chart.
