Is this chart possible

Hi,

 

I've been tasked with trying to replicate a chart with FusionCharts which is currently created with Microsoft Excel.

 

The chart I am trying to replicate is attached. Is it possible to create a chart like this? I've been trying for a few days without success.

 

Any help will be appreciated.

FusionCharts do not have any charts that exactly meets your requirements,
