FusionCharts not working after upgrade servers.

Hi Team,

Previously we were using Windows Server 2008 R2 operating system and SharePoint 2010, and Fusion Charts were working very fine.

Now we upgraded the system to Windows Server 2012 R2 and SharePoint 2013.

On Production environment (Which has 2 web front end servers) we faced the issue with Fusion Charts, and we had to reset IIS to resolve the issue every time.

Can you please help me with this?

Is the issue related to the core product or related to Collabion charts?

It is related to core product. We are not using Collabion charts.

Can you please let us know if the issue is seen while using latest version of FusionCharts v3.7?

We are using V3.2.2.1

Is there any problem with v3.2.2.1 ? Should we upgrade it to 3.7?

We have read product documents and in few examples we saw without refering DLL with Javascript we can run the fusion charts. What is the difference between Dll API and JS API. If we use Javascript approach, We think our problem will solve. Do you see any limitations we may encounter in future if we go with java script approach rather than using dll?

DO Java script approach support Flash fusion charts?

Please note that starting version3.4 all charts are rendered as pure JavaScript charts and flash has been deprecated.
