Scatter chart not showing xaxis labels

Hi,

 

     I am using fusioncharts version fusioncharts/3.2.4-sr1.9888.I am rendering a scatter chart in my application.Its working fine in Firefox and Chrome.But in IE the chart xaxis labels are not shown. Also the number of divlines I have set is 5.But in IE it's showing only three y-axis labels and div lines are not shown at all. Please see the images of the charts when displayed in forefox(in firefox.png) and IE(in IE.png).

It has the data you shared from your end. The fiddle uses the latest version of FusionCharts (V3.7.1) and it does not seem to be any issue with it.

 

We suggest you to upgrade to our latest version and give it a try.

One more update :  I am using FusionCharts.jqueryplugin.js updateFusionCharts method for rendering chart.

It seems you have been using the old jQuery plugin. Please try upgrading the to the latest jQuery plugin from http://www.fusioncharts.com/jquery-charts/

Also, please make sure that the js files are replaced and the name are changed accordingly. The latest files have names all in small case to avoid conflicts with case sensitive browsers.

I have updated the jquery plugin js file - FusionCharts.jqueryplugin.js with fusioncharts-jquery-plugin.js.But the issue is still there .I have debugged on the browser side and I  could see that the right file is used.

Same xml when I take out and put in the sample given by you works with xml data. What else can be the reason for this not to work in my application?

I am actually trying to load the chart in a bootstrap modal and that is when this issue is happening.

Thanks for your assistance.I was getting the issue when when the chart is loaded to the modal before calling modal.show().Looks like it was happening due to some conflicts with the other js or css files  that I am using.Anyway I fixed it by calling the show() method before loading the chart. Thanks once again.
