Xml schema for version 3.8

Hi,

 

Can you please provide the xml schema for the version 3.8 of fusioncharts XT?I want the schema to generate the java objects from them, so that I can use it for generating the required xml.We need to update to latest version of fusioncharts and need to have the xml schema for that.Please provide the same.

 

I have posted the same query few days back and have been waiting,But could not get a reply yet.We are facing few issues that seems to be fixable only with the latest version.

 

So please help!!

Hi Deepti,

 

Apologies for the delay.

 

Starting FusionCharts Suite v3.4, we support only JavaScript charts. For JavaScript charts, we would recommend JSON data format because internally it converts XML to JSON before rendering. This will help in optimising the performance. Hence, XSD schemas were not updated to the latest version.

 

Meanwhile, we are currently working on updation of XSD schemas. We will keep you posted.

Thank you so much for the reply. Let me see if we can switch to the json format. Anyway please give an update when the schema is available.

It will be great if you could give me a reply for this since its very very urgent.

Is there an up-to-date XSD for fusioncharts somewhere?

The XSD schema files for charts are now deprecated, you can check the JSON files instead, please refer this link- https://github.com/fusioncharts/dev_centre_docs/tree/master/assets/attributes/fusioncharts
