Append % to tooltip or format value with correct K / M usage

Hi,

I've got a stacked column chart which looks pretty good.  I want to add a percentage value to the toolText for 2 of the columns.  I've tried putting in a custom tooltext value but the value appears as 123456, while the value in the tooltip for the other columns looks like

For each column, you can specify your custom formatted tooltext.
