Set the cursor to a pointer when hovering over a guage chart

Hi

 

I have an AngularGauge Chart (but it could be any chart) and it has the chartClick event listener set for it. What I now want is for the cursor to change to a pointer when the mouse hovers over the chart to show that it is clickable.
