rotateLabels not work at PYAxisName and SYAxisName

When using Multi-lingual text in Combi2DDY or other PYAxisName and SYAxisName because Non-ASCII characters can only be displayed without rotate, so need setup rotatenames='0' or rotateLabels='0'

 

But rotateLabels/rotatenames not work with P/SYAxisName.

 

I think it's a little bug.

 

Maybe add another function label such as PYNameRotate/SYNameRotate is needed.
