ZeroPlane splitting at other value than 0 ?

can i create my chart like this one (created with jfreechart) ?

 

 

 

I used a Column2D but zeroplan appears only when there's negative values ... (less than 0)

 

I'd like to change it in order to set the splitting value to 1000 instead of 0...

If we purchase the enterprise bundle with source file access to .FLA files, will we be able to easily modify the zeroplane value? If not, will the next version of Fusion Charts make this available? Thanks.
