how to hide start date and end date in task label with gantt chart ?

how can I hide or display the date on task label with gantt chart? by default when the mouse is over the task bar, a pop up (like title attribute) shows my label and start en end dates. i'd like to see my label without dates.

If you provide your own label for each task element, it'll just show that - and not dates.
