Issues with plotHighlightEffect and valueBgColor

Hello,

I created a case starting from http://jsfiddle.net/fusioncharts/nkr4v76L/ where I added few lines to show values with background (see attached code).
The issue described in the recorded video, shows that background is gone when we hover over the legend.
