Clickable Chart (2d line chart)

I need to come up with a chart that shows a trend of number of errors encountered by a program on a daily basis.

 

The chart shows a 30 day trend.

 

 

 

I want to make the anchor of each day to be clickable. On click i need it to display an html in a new window.

 

 

 

Any pointers on how to accomplish this would be very helpful.

Please try using the drill-down functionality on the 'link' attribute of the <set> element for the same.
