Stand-Alone Chart

I would like to embed a couple of sample charts in a a PDF that marketing is going to use to tout our inclusion of Fusion Charts in our product. Adobe allows you to embed a SWF file, but I have now way given the limitations of the Adobe tool to apply the Data XML after the SWF is embedded. Is it possible to build a sample SWF that can be used for this purpose, and embedded without further modification?

Hi,

What you might do is create chart using Flash (from Flash source code, available fom Developer or above licenses) , put the data there only and make it a stand-alone chart with data.

We have made a sample similar to this.

It is all your data and hence it is upto you to create the chart and put it in the PDF.

The data rendered by the chart are not relevant. We only wanted a working chart to illustrate the Fusion/Flash functionality in our marketing docs. The data are only there to actually power the chart, which is what we are highlighting. I can create the chart myself, but this certainly seems like sonmething you should be providing to partners trying to sell Fusion Charts as a part of a bigger solution.
