nam37 Report post Posted January 28, 2009 I'm having an issue with the way Firefox prints charts such as FCF_StackedBar2D.swf (they print very small), and after reading a lot of threads here it seems to be the result of the way Firefox prints the SWF files. After reading a lot of threads, however, I'm still confused as to whether or not there is a real solution to this. I need a solution that doesn't require the PHP API to generate the charts (I'm just using JS to call them). I'm currently using the free version v2, but would be fine with buying a copy of v3 if that will fix the problem.
Rahul Kumar Report post Posted January 29, 2009 Hi, The printing issue is related with FireFox, and there is no any solutions till now. You could use our FusionCharts DOM, that is completely based on JS, you could use FusionCharts DOM, instead of PHP API. Please see: http://www.fusioncharts.com/DOM
nam37 Report post Posted January 29, 2009 Thanks. I'll look into this.
NCL Report post Posted March 5, 2009 I am looking to see if you'll have found out anything more on this subject... I am using FusionMaps and am running into the same issue that all of the maps print smaller than the rest. Unfortunately the FusionCharts DOM looks like it only applies to the fusion charts and not to the maps as well.
