craysen Report post Posted April 1, 2009 Hi. I'm using FusionChart v3 Enterprise. I inserted a chart in my jsp page and it has been showed normally. But when resizing window, the chart was broken and shown as screenshot below. (Box in screenshot is space the chart sholud be located.) This seldom happens, but this is not a result I wanted. Does anyone have good idea about this problem? Thanks in advance.
FusionCharts Support Report post Posted April 1, 2009 Hi, Could you please elaborate on the processes involved when page resize is done? It might be that the chart is redrawn when page is resized. In that case please see that the chart is passed with chartWidth and chartWidth flashvars.
Dhruva Report post Posted April 1, 2009 Hello craysen, Could you please upgrade to v3.1 of the products and try again? The link is at http://www.fusioncharts.com/PUC Also, could you please let us know if you are using percentage values (as opposed to pixel values) for width and height in the FusionCharts constructor? craysen Report post Posted April 3, 2009 Thanks for reply. Yes, I had used percentage values for width and height. And after upgrade to v3.1, a script error occured when initiate charts so I had no choice but using pixel values. Is there any other way using percentage values for width and height?
