saharusa Report post Posted April 26, 2009 Hi there, version 3.1 here, utf encoding. FF2,3, IE6,7,8, Opera10 & Chrome2 are crashing most of the time when trying to export to image/pdf (I'm using the php export class found on this forum, the one which solved the blank pdf problem). Sometimes the browser crash directly when clicking the right mouse button... WindowsXP SP3, flash player 10.0.r22 IE8 shows the problem is with the flash player plugin (ocx something...), while google chrome report plugin crash without crashing the browser... but that's google.. any solution ? Dhruva Report post Posted April 27, 2009 Hello, Could you please update your exporter component to the one I am attaching here, and try again? FCExporter.zip
saharusa Report post Posted April 27, 2009 (edited) Hi, Just did, no luck. I get the same result, immediate crash when clicking on the export to.. menu item. Also, now google chrome is also crashing (not only the plugin). Update: I checked it again for few minutes and sometimes it's working... something like 1 time from 10. FusionCharts Support Report post Posted April 27, 2009 (edited) Hi, Do the browsers crash when you do not use right click rather use JavaScrip to invoke the exportChart() function? Edited April 27, 2009 by Guest
saharusa Report post Posted April 27, 2009 well.........no!! it works this way, which is very good to know. but I would really like the right click directly from within flash (better use in dashboard like view). so, first, Thanks for the tip, and second is there a way to enable this also from flash ? (with the file posted here before i still get 'flash10a.ocx' error/crash)
