Save As PDF get error "Insufficient Data for an Image" when opening

I am having a problem with server side exporting into PDF. When I save as PDF the pdf file is built. When I open it in Adobe Reader I get the error "Insufficient Data for an Image". We are using the FCExporter.php that came with the Enterprise version . The timestamp on the file is 2/24/2009. Is there a newer version available that fixes this?
