MattBrown Report post Posted June 5, 2009 Hello, I am trying to use the javascript clientside version of printing the graphs as pdf/jpeg. Once i have installed the files and set up all of the params, when i right click onto the graph and select "Save as jpeg image" the capture process starts and completes and the button changes from Waiting to Save but when i click onto the Save button nothing else happens. Does anyone have any ideas why this happens? many thanks Matt

MattBrown Report post Posted June 5, 2009 Hello saptarshi I had version 9, installed version 10 and it works just fine, thank you for your help. I also want to comment on what an amazing piece of software Fusioncharts is. We bought the Pro version and are currently using it in a Coldfusion 8 application. This program has brought the application to life, having the drill down feature in the graphing was the winner in deciding on a graphing package, so just wanted to congratulate the developers, well done! regards Matthew
