Fusion Charts Doesn't updated on some pcs while xml file is updated!!

Dears,

I am using fusion chart and the chart will be updated every 3 seconds, i have copy the project to some other pcs.

The chart on some pcs works smoothly, and on some other pcs the chart loaded once and never update after it. the xml file is updated but the chart is not updated...

Can you help me Please...
