bwinder Report post Posted June 11, 2009 Hi guys, I'm using FusionCharts to generate graphs for machine data for the factory I work for. It's a great product. Thanks! I've got the Export Component running. I have one issue which is when a user saves as PDF/JPG the "Save As" dialog does not include the file extension. The system is used by a lot of various staff members with varying levels of computer expertise and I cannot rely on them to add the ".jpg" or ".pdf" extensions themselves. I noticed in your examples that the extensions are displayed. Am I missing something?
saptarshi Report post Posted June 12, 2009 Hello, Welcome to the forum. Could you please look at the usage of the exportShowMenuItem and exportFormats attributes in the <chart> element in the link below? http://www.fusioncharts.com/docs/Contents/ECXML.html Please see if these are set properly and try again? Hope this helps.

jane_doe Report post Posted July 22, 2010 I've added the following to my chart tag and still do not get the file extension options: exportShowMenuItem='1' exportFormats='JPEG=Export as JPEG|PDF=Export as PDF|PNG=Export as PNG' I'm using the evaluation version on our development server. Could this be why? Thanks!
