How to find version of Fusion Charts?

We are working on developing graphs using Fusion charts for our client. As one of the requirement, we want to export image to the server. How ever it is said that this feature is supported only from fusion charts 3.1 onwards.

 

 

 

How do I find the version of Fusion charts at our client?

Hi

Open the chart swf file in the browser ( IE or Firefox ) and append ?debugMode=1 to the address.

for example, file:///C:/FusionCharts/Column2D.swf?debugMode=1

This will open the chart in debug mode. The debug window has a property "Version" which tells you the version of the chart being used.

Thanks for the info.

We notificed that our client is are using Fusion Charts version 3.0.4. Is it possible to have export feature in this version?

I am afraid, the export feature was introduced from FusionCharts v3.0.5 and will not work in an older release.

 

 

 

If possible, ask the client to upgrade to FusionCharts latest version by logging in at:

The process is quite simple and more importantly, free.
