Adding a custom attribute to the "chart" element

Just a question. Does the Fusionchart object validate the xml from setDataXML() against a schema? I'm abusing the element to carry a custom attribute from my backend code to my javascript ajax calling code and want to know how unsafe that is.

FusionCharts does not validate the xml from setDataXML() method against a schema.

However, please do not tamper the XML structure of FusionCharts.
