Martin C Report post Posted June 22, 2010 Is it possible now, or will it be in the future to embed Fusioncharts into Word documents? Thanks Martin
Guest Basundhara Ghosal Report post Posted June 24, 2010 Hi Martin, Welcome to FusionCharts forum. The method and the processes of embeding FusionCharts in Word Documents is as similar as the process of embeding FusionCharts in PowerPoint. Please refer to the links below for the detailed information on the same :- Ref.- http://www.fusioncharts.com/docs?/PP_Prepare.html http://www.fusioncharts.com/docs?/PP_Use.html http://www.fusioncharts.com/docs?/PP_Multi.html Hope this helps. Martin C Report post Posted June 25, 2010 Basundhara Thanks for the reply that was just what I was after. Can you point me in the right direction if there is a way of packaging up the Word document to include all the flash file and XML data references so a document can be sent and read on a third-partie's system? Martin C Report post Posted June 29, 2010 More often than not when I include a Flash Chart in a word document I get the situation where the chart or charts go into a state where they continually draw and re-draw never completing the chart. Sometimes it can settle down but other times it redraws continually. Is there a property setting that will prevent this - I have tried changing the status of the play, loop but it doesn't seem to make any difference. It is almost as though in drawing the chart something is then causing it to refresh.
Guest Basundhara Ghosal Report post Posted June 29, 2010 Hi Martin, Please refer to the sample that we are sending you for the same. Please note, we have use macro code in the sample. Else the chart will fail to render each time you open the word document and you would need to edit it each time. Hope this helps. Word_Sample.zip
