FusionCharts printing scale problem with Flash 10

After several computers in our environment upgraded to Flash 10, our FusionCharts now scale down to about 1/5 when printing from Internet Explorer. This seems to happen with all computers and all instances of FusionCharts. Has this been happening to other people? We need to find a solution to fix this problem.

We are having the same problem. We recently upgraded our systems and now our reports are printing out in miniature. Does anyone know if any alternative chart solutions? We can't wait for weeks for this to get figured out. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Hi,

This is a bug of Adobe Flash Player 10.1 that has been encountered recently.

A bug report of the same has been posted accordingly.

Presently our development team is working for a fix of the issue and hope to come up with the solution soon.

Have you been in contact with Adobe's Engineers? What are they telling you?

 

 

 

Should customers be migrating to alternative solutions which are not dependent on the Adobe Flash Player, and are more browser-neutral, for example, Javascript-based alternatives like JSCharts or Highcharts?

As of now our development team is already working on the issue.

As well we are also waiting for a fix for the issue from Adobe as well, as we have already intimated the issue to Adobe.

Is there any solution of this problem? Today I get a Update for Adobe Flash Player but the bug isn't fixed!

 

Please tell me, if you have a solution. Our customers are not very happy about that!!

I believe that the ADOBE Flash Player version 10.1 bug has been fixed.

 

Could you please update your Flash Player version to the latest one available and clear your browser cache for the same?

 

Also, FusionCharts v3.2 offers a fix for printing issues of FusionCharts on Firefox, and many more exciting features.

Could you please drop a mail, for the download link of FusionCharts v3.2 BETA, at [email protected] ?
