window.print is printing wrong

Hi There,

 

 

 

I got a problem with my nice fusionchart:

 

I have a Chart with Size of 900 x 720 px. If I want to print the Site with "window.print" the Chart is small (ca. 100 x 75px) in the corner of the page.

 

 

 

Right click on the chart and "Print chart" prints it correctly. The problem is that I can't use this function because of other details on the page. This is because I need the window.print-Function.

 

 

 

Do anyone has a solution?

Hi Boris,

This is a bug of Adobe Flash Player 10.1 that has been encountered recently.

A bug report of the same has been posted accordingly.

Currently our development team is working for a fix of the issue and hope to come up with the solution soon.

Have you been in contact with Adobe's Engineers? What are they telling you?

 

 

 

Should customers be migrating to alternative solutions which are not dependent on the Adobe Flash Player, and are more browser-neutral, for example, Javascript-based alternatives like JSCharts or Highcharts?

As of now our development team is already working on the issue.

As well we are also waiting for a fix for the issue from Adobe as well, as we have already intimated the issue to Adobe.
