Hari Gopal Report post Posted August 1, 2010 Hi Team, We have some charts where we need to show some low values and some huge values (like in the example problem.jpg). In the example as you can see the bar with the value $18 is shown as zero since the other values are in thousands ! We need some workaround to let the users know that the bar is not really zero. Showing values as in this example can solve that problem to some extend, but some of our users dont like that. Can you suggest some other way through this? Another option we thought of was to split the y-axis as shown in the sample pic Chart with Y axis modified.jpg, can we do something like this in fusion charts V3 ? Thanks & Regards Hari Gopal S A

Hari Gopal Report post Posted August 4, 2010 Dear Sanjukta, I tried out the logarithmic chart, but it displays only positive values. Also decimal values are not being plotted by that chart ! Can you please suggest any other method? Thanks & Regards Hari Gopal

Sanjukta Report post Posted August 4, 2010 Hi Hari, I am afraid, FusionCharts Free does neither supports exponential scale nor supports the Number scaling in the multiples of 100. FusionCharts only accepts values linearly. Hence the very small values in comparison to a huge value becomes invisible or are showed as "0". Please feel free to revert in case you have any further queries.

Sanjukta Report post Posted August 5, 2010 Hi Hari, We are not using fusion charts free version The XML you have attached to your last post is of the FusionCharts Free version. Is there any way to get these requirement met in the Fusion Charts enterprise release. The functionalities of FusionCharts v3 Enterprise licensed version is same as that of the Evaluation version. I am afraid, FusionCharts v3 does not have any Exponential scale to accept largely different data, as of now. Please feel free to revert in case you have any further queries.
