2D Bar Chart: Is It Possible To Replace The Bar With An Image?

I have been using fusion charts for few years. Now my client needs the charts to look like the screen-shot below. Would it be possible to customize the bars? and in pie chart?

I am afraid, as of now FusionCharts does not support this customization.
