Problem with window.location.hash in link attribute

I have a problem.

 

When i set link="window.location.hash=something;", and then click on bar in a chart, location in address string in not changed (this problem take place only in IE, in Mozilla everything works correct).

 

Can you tell me, what may cause this problem in IE.

i think it is a bug in IE 6.0, because in IE 7.0 everything works correct.
