Error Calling Method On Npobject!

Dear Fusion Carts Support,

 

Since upgrading from FusionCharts 3.1 to 3.2, we are now receiving the error:

 

FusionCharts.js:15Error: Error calling method on NPObject! (as reported by both FireFox and Safari), and FusionCharts.js:15 as the source of the error.

 

Using the SWFs and FusionCharts.js from 3.1 renders the exact same chart correctly and without any error.

 

Any ideas as to what may be causing this, or how to troubleshoot it?

Hi Dave,

 

Could you please confirm the following :-

 

1) Whether you are using the latest version of FusionCharts(v 3.2.1)?

 

2) Whether you are using the latest version of Flash Player?

 

Also, could you please send us the sample for the same?

Hi,

I just found the solution for your problem as I was facing the same problem.

Problem: Charts are unable to update when the path of charts is given in this format : http://yourdomain.com/charts/Line.swf

Solution: If it is the case, change the path to relative as: /charts/Line.swf

And you are done.
