AlexMo Report post Posted October 21, 2011 Today I installed the web part on two servers. On the development server it works fine (MOSS+Windows Server 2003), but on the production server I can't get the wizard to launch at all (using IE9), or it launches without rendering anything in the end using Firefox. This server has MOSS + Windows Server 2008 R2. I can't think of what could be wrong at the moment..

AlexMo Report post Posted October 24, 2011 Hi Alex, Could make sure that Flash Player is installed in the PC from which you are browsing Production Server SP Web Site? I tried installing Flash Player, but it still didn't work using IE. However I got it to work with Firefox for some reason. Got a nice chart up and running. Cheers. When I try to add Collabion charts for SharePoint webpart, I get this error: - Collabion Charts for SharePoint: The given key was not present in the dictionary. Could you share with me the exact steps that you follow, your machine configuration etc on [email protected]? We would like to investigate this matter. Guest vishal@fusioncharts Report post Posted May 4, 2012 Hi Vishal, Please see my comments for your question below: Hi Pradeep, Unfortunately we are unable to reproduce the error on our machines. Could you check if the product is working on the rootsite of the site collection under which the problematic site exists? You will also find the CollabionCharts_ErrorLog list on the particular root site. Could you also make sure that you have Contributor permissions on the site in question? If nothing works, could you reinstall the product and see if the problem goes away? Thanks Vishal

Rahul Kumar Report post Posted August 17, 2012 Hi Britta, Could you please let us know if you are adding the Web Part to the same site collection where it was installed during Setup? Also, We request you to please deactivating/activating "Collabion Charts for SharePoint" feature by go to "Site Settings" > in "Site Collection Administration" > "Site collection features" and check, please ask your Administrator to do this, its a one time step. Because running the Setup.exe requires System Administrator + SharePoint Administrator permission and if you have these permission then you'll be able to activate/deactivate the feature. Rahul Kumar Report post Posted November 12, 2012 Hi, It seems you are using the very old version, so could you please update to Collabion Charts for SharePoint (FusionCharts for SharePoint is now Collabion Charts for SharePoint) and check again? You can download it from http://www.collabion.com Also, for existing solution, you can try to activate the FusionCharts for SharePoint feature manually by going to "Site Settings" > in "Site Collection Administration" > "Site collection features". Rahul Kumar Report post Posted November 14, 2012 Hi, Collabion Charts for SharePoint can run in evaluation mode, and the good thing is that it does not have any time limit, also it has many bug fixes and enhancements, and We'll strongly suggest to use the latest version. But even if you want to use FusionCharts for SharePoint, please write a mail to [email protected] so that I can send you the link to download "ConfigListCreator-v1.0.1.zip". Rahul Kumar Report post Posted November 26, 2012 Hi All, One of our uses suggested this workaround for "WebPart can't be loaded" error in older version (FusionCharts for SharePoint): ======================================================================== When installing the older FusionChart using the Setup.exe it properly detects all Site collections. Also the Feature is installed properly in all site collections, but the WSP is generating errors But the bug is that is does not install the WSP file correctly in all Site Collections except the home site You will get this error Use the Upload Web Part button in each Site Collection to fix the issue. ======================================================================== Please note that we have not tested it, as we do not support this version any more.
