Advanced Number Formatting Bug in Secondary Y Axis on MSCombiDY2D.swf

I am using the MSCombiDY2D.swf From the FusionCarts 3 Developer Build. The files state Last Modified 9/18/07. Despite providing what I assume are valid values for sDefaultNumberScale, sNumberScaleValue and sNumberScaleUnit, the chart does not display any number suffixes. I have attached a copy of a test XML file.

You just need to add [chart ... sFormatNumberScale='1' ...]
