Black Box On Bottom Of Chart

Hi,

 

I have a long bar chart (with the values being on the x axis), and I'm having some issues with it. When the chart gets very tall (i.e. possibly over 2000 pixels in height or more), I get a black box at the bottom of my chart. Is there a way around this, or is it just that charts so tall are not supported?

Hi,

 

Please note that in Flash Player 10, the maximum size for a chart is 8,192 pixels in width or height, and the total number of pixels cannot exceed 16,777,216 pixels. (i.e., if a chart is 8,192 pixels wide, it can only be 2,048 pixels high.).

 

Please note that in Flash Player 9 and earlier versions, the limitation is 2,880 pixels in height and 2,880 pixels in width.

 

In case the issue still persists, please send us the XML and the details on OS, browser and Flash Player version that you are using to render the chart.
