Using Version 3 Charts

Hi ,

I am having an issue for all the charts. We recently bought v3. I am trying to use the MultiStack 2d Column and Stack 3d Charts. I do not get an error but the charts just don't show up and I get a gray back ground in the place of the charts.

  Any help will be great.
