Printmanager Not Working In Ie6 And Ie8

Recommended Posts

Hi,

I am trying to export Fusion charts as image using the printmanager feature. It works fine with chrome and firefox but it doesn seem to work with IE.

Am not getting the printstatechanged event and the charts are not converted into images.

Any help would be highly appreciated.

Karthik

Hi,

Welcome to FusionCharts Forum!smile.gif

First of all, we would like to thank you for showing interest in FusionCharts.

Please note that PrintManager feature works only with non-IE based browsers like Firefox, chrome, safari etc.

To know more, please visit the link: http://www.fusioncha...intManager.html

You would need to upgrade your flash player in case you are facing printing problem in IE.

Hope this helps.smile.gif

Thanks for your reply Angshu.

But is there a way to convert objects to images in IE also. I need to do this to get one of my tasks done.

I need to convert an entire page to PDF where i need the chart as a img. The stuff works perfectly in Firefox and chrome.

Now i need a fix in IE. Will this be supported in IE in the next release of Fusion Charts?

Hi,

Thanks for your response.

I am afraid, FusionCharts does not support the feature you are looking for, at this time.sad.gif

We are not able to commit you any timeline regarding this.

Thank you very much for your continued patience and patronage.

Hope you have a great day!
