tcraigen Report post Posted December 19, 2007 (edited) Currently I have not been able to find something that allows for adding text to my charts. I like the categories, but I don't see any examples for changing the Y-axis. I would like a text label placed in an X,Y location. Something like label x='25' y='60' text='my custom label' or category label='my custom label' y='60' x='25' showLabel='1' If something like this already exists, could some point me to an example in the docs? Thank, Tom Edited December 19, 2007 by Guest
FusionCharts Support Report post Posted December 19, 2007 hi, we are afraid this is not possible using FusionCharts, as of now. FusionGadgets offer similar text annotations.
isabel Report post Posted January 14, 2008 please, can you tell me how can I do this with fusiongadgets? I need to display labels in an areas chart, not only tool tips.

littleearth Report post Posted April 7, 2008 The ability to have annotations within all charts would be awesome! Hopefully it will be considered for version 4.
dssi_sneal Report post Posted October 3, 2008 Let me put another vote in for adding labels or annotations at an arbitrary position in FusionCharts. It can make certain charts stand out a little more - for instance in a stacked area chart it would be easier to understand 3 colored regions with 'A', 'B', and 'C' in the region itself, as opposed to having to match the little labelled colored boxes to the region. Also, for the folks who like the look of those charts but don't have a color printer, it makes them pretty tough to read...
