Is it possible to give each series (or data point) a different border color?

Hi,

 

It is currently not possible to set more than one border color for different dataset(or data plots).

However, if you intend to differentiate it for different series, then as a suggestion you could use the "dashed" attribute at dataset level to set it for individual datasets. Also, this "dashed" attribute is applicable at data-level.
