Can "ClickURL" open a new browser window?

Is there any way to cause a new browser to open when somebody clicks on the chart? I have a widget embedded in an Iframe, and I want an entire new window to open if somebody clicks on the chart.

 

 

 

Currently the "ClickURL" option causes the new page to open inside the Iframe, which is not suitable
